❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Medicines that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Temperature-sensitive products (vaccines, insulin) once removed from cold storage.
  • Products purchased at a discounted/clearance sale, unless defective.
  • Products returned after the 7-day window without prior approval.
  • Prescription medicines where the prescription has already been dispensed.
